Is your coaching only for corporate clients or can I book privately?

I offer private 1:1 coaching for individuals as well as organisational work. Personal coaching sessions are delivered in a calm confidential setting at The Buff Day Spa, Dublin, or online

What kind of work do you offer?

I offer a mix of personal coaching, workplace wellbeing, resilience and leadership development, including 1:1 sessions, workshops, retreats and tailored organisational programmes

I work with both. Individuals can book private 1:1 sessions, while organisations engage me for workshops, retreats, wellbeing initiatives and leadership development

What happens in a 1:1 coaching session?

1:1 sessions are focused, confidential and practical. We work on clarity , mindset, boundaries and concrete ways forward, guided by your goals

CX Excellence is when a company exceeds their customers expectations consistently. Customer Journey is every interaction across all touch-points that a customer has with a company.
